The Woman’s Club of Rialto (WCR) is one of the oldest service organizations in the City of Rialto. It was established in 1907 as a prayer group meeting in the houses of our members. Our first community service was to establish a lending library for the City.
In 1910, we were incorporated. In 1912, we became a member of the California Federation of Women’s Club (CFWC). In 1950, we joined the General Federation of Women’s Clubs (GFWC).
WCR remains a group of committed leaders who want to make our community a better place to live and work. We are actively engaged in citizenship and conservation. We promote health and safety, the visual and performing arts and spiritual values.
